What's your return policy?

Writing out our return policy was not easy. We wanted to ensure that it was fair to our business, our customers, and the environment. Ultimately mother natural was the winner. A byproduct of this decision is that the customer would also win. To us, this is a win all around.

We decided that returns are counter to our emphasis on sustainability. Every return made has a carbon footprint. So, instead of returning your Curling Headband, you can gift it to a friend or recycle it 🤗

How do I place a return?

We are a small women-owned business, and we are trying our hardest. It would be extremely beneficial to understand what went wrong and where we could have improved.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. All you have to do is send us an email at hello@robecurls.com with what went wrong, your order number, and we will process the return as soon as we get it. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Gift cards are final sale.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
