What's your return policy?

Our return policy is simple and keeps our carbon footprint low and our customers happy! Rather than requesting a product return, we ask that you gift your Curling Headband to a friend or recycle it. <3

We do know there are sometimes mishaps with shipping or confusion about a specific product issue. If you do need to make a request, we will do our absolute best to remedy the situation or offer a personalized solution to ensure you are cared for. 🤗

I'm thinking of returning my Curling Headband. What do I do?

If you do need to make a return, we would love to know what went wrong. We aim to create a welcoming customer experience and want to ensure we know what the issue is and how we can find a solution for you. 

We can process returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. All you have to do is send us an email at hello@robecurls.com with your order number, what went wrong, and we will process the return as soon as we receive the request. 

As company policy, original shipping charges are not refunded and gift cards remain as final sale. 

Help! I can't find my return slip.

We’re pretty confident you will love our Curling Headband, so our packages do not include return slips. If you do have to issue a return - reach out to hello@robecurls.com and we will walk you through the return and exchange process with no stress involved.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take between 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. If you do not receive a refund within 10 business days, please reach out.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we apologize! Our shipping crew has a lot on their shoulders and we do our best to ensure the right product makes it to your doorstep. We ask for a little patience and to please contact us at hello@robecurls.com.
