Our Product Manager Nefty is a talented mixologist and has created a delicious teal cocktail to introduce our new Limited Edition Teal Curling Headband!

We are so excited to introduce this new color to our products and want to celebrate with you! Check out the recipe and tell us what you think!

Ingredients you’ll need
→ Coconut rum
→ Blue Curaçao
→ Pineapple juice
→ 1 fresh lime or lime juice
→ Pineapple slice
→ Mint

Items you’ll need
→ A shaker (or two cups of different sizes)
→ A jigger for measuring
→ A drink strainer (or a strainer you use for regular ole’ spaghetti)
→ A cup or glass of choice

This recipe makes a drink for one, but it can easily be repeated to make a few extra drinks for friends!

Steps for making your teal cocktail

Step 1:
Get your shaker and add ice to it for your drink to be nice and cold

Step 2:
Add ½ ounce blue curaçao to the shaker (it can be very strong and sugary, so don’t add too much)

Step 3:
Add 1 ounce of coconut rum

Step 4:
Add 2 ounces of pineapple juice (add as desired)

Step 5:
Grab a lime and squeeze some into the drink

Step 6:
Shake the mixture

Step 7:
Get your strainer and pour the liquid through the strainer into your cup or glass (optional: add ice)

Step 8:
Take your pineapple slice and run it around the rim of the glass and leave it on as a garnish

Tip: If you don’t have a shaker, use two cups that are two different sizes to achieve the same result!

Don’t worry if your drink doesn’t go all the way to the top of the cup, you can always add more ice.

Review: It is so good! It tastes like summer! - Emily Kenison
