Hair Curler Tip: Ideal Curling Headband Wear Times

Posted by Emily Kenison on

Ever wondered how long it takes for your curling headband to work its magic?

Well, it all depends on your starting point: damp or dry hair.

If you're wrapping your hair when it's damp, it will take a bit longer for the curls to set because you'll want your hair to be completely dry before taking it down. Typically, this can take one to two hours or even longer. The longer you wear it, the more enduring the curls will be.

On the other hand, if you're putting it in with dry hair, it's a different story. You can wear it for as little as 30 minutes and see some curls begin to form. In my case, I've had my hair wrapped for about 45 minutes, and you can see the results. I naturally have super straight hair, so even with dry hair, curls can appear.

How is this possible? Our patented headband with H2Air Tex fabric absorbs moisture effectively, cutting your wait time in half. Plus, it won't over-absorb your hair's natural moisture, making it suitable for both dry and damp hair applications.

Our goal? Curls that outlast curling irons fivefold. Get ready for the best curls of your life! Have more questions or need tips? Drop a comment below. We're here to help! 💁‍♀️✨
